Heather

Registered Dental Assistant

Heather has been working for the office since 2008 with Dr Richardson and stayed on when Dr Mallais took over the practice in 2010. Heather was raised in Ovid and resides in Tawas, Heather is a Registered Dental Assistant.

Heather enjoys spending time with her significant other and their daughter. In her spare time she also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and hanging out by her pool at the swim up bar.

Heather's favorite part about her job is when a patient tells her how comfortable they are in the chair and knowing that the patient is confident that they are getting the best treatment possible. Also she loves working with her friends and loves that she can have fun with them in and out of the workplace.

Cathy

Registered Dental Assistant/Financial Coordinator

Cathy has been working for the office since 1992 for Dr Richardson and stayed on when Dr Mallais took over the practice in 2010. Cathy was raised in Oscoda and currently resided in Mikado, and is a Registered Dental Assistant and the Financial Coordinator.

Cathy enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, 2 stepdaughters, 2 grandsons, and 4 granddaughters. Cathy also enjoys going for walks, scrabble, boating, and exploring our beautiful state.

Cathy's favorite part about her job is interacting with patients, many she has known for a very long time, working for Dr Mallais and the best coworkers. 

Jamie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jamie has been working for Dr Mallais since 2020. Jamie was raised in Whittemore and is a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, as well as her family and friends. When she is not busy with her daughters she also enjoys going camping, swimming, and boating.

Jamie's favorite part about her job is having fun, working together, and being able to be a laid back office but professional and putting the patient's needs first.

Trisha

Registered Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant

Trisha has been working for the office since 2011. Trisha grew up in Whittemore and is a Registered Dental Hygienist as well as a Dental Assistant.

Trisha enjoys spending time with her husband and family, skiing, ranger rides, and helping others.

Trisha's favorite part about her job is working with great friends/staff and seeing smiling faces of patients after a job well done.
